LINEASDNS PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
I declare that I have read the “LINEASDNS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY”, published at the URL: https://www.lineasdns.com/legal/politica-de-privacidad, and I fully and unreservedly accept it by submitting the required data through the LineasDNS website. The personal data provided when registering as a REGISTERED CLIENT through the LineasDNS web form to contract the services published at the LineasDNS URL will be incorporated into an automated database and processed as indicated in this “LINEASDNS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY”.
The owner of the personal data has the right to access such data free of charge at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated in accordance with Article 14, Section 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Enforcement Authority of Law No. 25,326, is responsible for handling complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
This PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY implemented by LineasDNS complies with the requirements established by Law No. 25,326 “PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW”, in force in the Argentine Republic since its publication in the Official Gazette on 02/11/2000. Its objective is to protect the personal data of data subjects, whether Argentine or foreign natural persons, as well as Argentine or foreign legal entities with domicile, branch, or office in Argentina, whose data are collected, stored, and/or recorded in Public or Private Databases intended to provide information, such as the so-called “LINEASDNS REGISTERED CLIENTS DATABASE”. Consequently, this POLICY is considered an integral and complementary part, as an annex, of the General Terms and Conditions published by LineasDNS at the legal link (URL: https://www.lineasdns.com/legal/politica-de-privacidad).
In accordance with ARTICLE 6 OF LAW 25,326: “When personal data are collected, data subjects must be previously informed, expressly and clearly, of”:
- a) The purpose for which the data will be processed and who may be its recipients or categories of recipients;
- b) The existence of the file, record, or database —electronic or otherwise— and the identity and address of its controller;
- c) Whether responses to the proposed questionnaire are mandatory or optional, especially regarding the data referred to in the following article;
- d) The consequences of providing the data, refusing to do so, or providing inaccurate data;
- e) The possibility for the data subject to exercise the rights of access, rectification, and deletion of the data.
